Manufactured in-house at AWE, these 50-state emissions-compliant catback configurations deliver maximum comfort on the highway paired with a signature exhaust note, thanks to dual-phase 180 Technology®—AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution. Handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent 3" and 2.5” U.S.-sourced .065” wall T304L stainless steel, the setup uses a clean, straight-through design to maximize performance, complemented by equal-length front pipes with factory-matched flanges for easy installation. Built skid-plate friendly with front pipes engineered above the frame rails, it is confirmed to fit with aftermarket auxiliary fuel tanks that replace the spare tire. The street-legal, high-clearance BashGuard™ ends after the rear axle and features an extra-thick reinforced stainless ring on the outlet built for heavy trail use.
