The intercooler core is a strategic fin design that promotes substantial heat exchange while providing minimal pressure loss across the core. This kit also features polished 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping and four-layer 100-percent silicone couplers with heat-resistant embedded fibers. These couplers offer increased heat and pressure tolerance compared to the factory rubber connections. Dependable charge-air connections are essential for reliable operation.
